WEST MOUNTAIN SITE FOR PRO TOUR EVENT.(Sports)

An international field of professional skiers will be competing for $40,000 this weekend at West Mountain in Glens Falls when the U.S. Pro Tour makes its seventh stop of the season.

More than 60 of the world's finest ski racers will be in Warren County chasing not only cash prizes but points in the overall tour standings.

Unlike the Olympics or World Cup races, competitors go head-to-head on dual slalom courses. This makes it much more exciting for spectators. And, since West Mountain's course will be in plain view from the base, the entire race can be witnessed by fans.
