FED: State, territories call for overhaul of health system
SYDNEY, Feb 4 AAP - Bulk billing rebates would be increased and bulk billing GPs locatedin emergency departments under a list of demands for health care reform by Labor ministers.
The State and territory ministers, meeting today in Sydney, signed off on what theydescribed as one of the biggest overhauls of health care in Australian history, includinga major shakeup of the private health care system.
