Qld: Three die on Qld roads in horror 24hrs
Police are still trying to identify a man killed when his utility burst into flames
after colliding with a tanker west of Gympie.
The accident happened on the Burnett Highway .. north of Goomeri .. about 4.20pm (AEST)
yesterday.
The tanker driver was unhurt.
Last night .. a 50-year-old man was killed when his car hit a tree on Cooroy Tewantin
Road at Tewantin.
And a 92-year-old man died in Rockhampton hospital from injuries suffered when his
car and a semi trailer collided at Egans Hill yesterday afternoon.
